Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? PIPESTONE is looking for a MarketingAnalytics & Digital Platform Specialist to help drive data-informed decisions, optimize digital platforms, and support strategic business initiatives across our organization.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics summaries for leadership and business teams
Analyze customer, employee, website, and communication performance data
Manage ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy and data quality
Create impactful visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
Oversee employee and customer surveys, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
Maintain website content, user access, and digital platform performance
Collaborate across departments to improve reporting efficiency and user experience
Support CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital communication systems
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience with CRM platforms, reporting, and data management
Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
