Marketing Assistant - Branding

 McLanahan is looking for a Marketing Assistant – Branding to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Brand Manager and product experts to create engaging marketing materials that support our family of industry-leading brands. From brochures and trade show displays to digital graphics and promotional campaigns, you'll help shape how our company connects with customers around the world.

 What You'll Do

 As our Marketing Assistant, you'll help bring our brands to life through creative design and content development. Responsibilities include:

• Designing brochures, sales materials, and marketing collateral for the McLanahan Family of Companies.
• Creating graphics, infographics, e-books, social media content, and website visuals that support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with product managers, sales leaders, and marketing team members to develop engaging customer-facing content.
• Designing trade show signage, banners, flyers, and promotional materials that help showcase our products and services.
• Transforming technical information from webinars, blogs, presentations, and podcasts into clear, visually appealing marketing pieces.
• Assisting with the design and formatting of the company's annual report.
• Preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all materials by following established brand guidelines.
• Organizing and managing brand assets, templates, logos, and design files.
• Supporting company initiatives across departments, including Human Resources, Safety, and Internal Communications.
• Assisting with promotional merchandise, branded giveaways, and marketing inventory management.
• Managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contributing ideas and supporting special projects that help drive marketing team goals.

 What We're Looking For

 We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to collaborate with others. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• One to three years of marketing, graphic design, or related experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using modern design tools such as Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
• A passion for creative design and visual storytelling.
• The ability to balance creativity with brand standards and consistency.
