Full-timeDescriptionThis entry‑level role with Clarke Power Services provides branding support to our retail branches as well as sales team by ensuring our marketing strategies and brand identity, messaging, and standards are consistently represented to deliver cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints for our customers, partners and employee's.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy: Implement branding strategies that align with company goals, market positioning, and customer needsField Presence: Represent the brand in person at branch locations, events, trade shows, or customer engagements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelinesCollaboration: Work with marketing, sales, dealers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure all materials, communications, and activities reflect the correct brand's values and imageMarket Research: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and messagingPromotional Activities: Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to increase brand awarenessSupport: Support field staff or customers on brand standards, product knowledge, and service expectationsPerformance Monitoring: Track brand metrics such as awareness, loyalty, and market share, and report findings to senior teamsInfluencer & Partner Engagement : Build relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media to strengthen brand visibilityRequirementsEducation, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing or managementProfessional communication skills with both internal and external customersAdobe and Microsoft suite experience requiredCanva, Photography and Videography experience is a plus!Why should you apply?We provide competitive compensation, a full benefits package, and an excellent opportunity for career growth.
