We are seeking a Marketing Capabilities Program Lead - Learning & Engagement to help bring this vision to life. As a key member of the Marketing Capabilities team, this role will design and deliver learning programs and experiences through the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Academy (MCE Academy)-including developing and curating learning content with subject matter experts, driving learner engagement and communications, managing program delivery, and maintaining the Academy experience.
We're looking for someone who combines Learning & Development expertise, strong program execution, and exceptional communication skills with an AI-first mindset.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
