What You'll Actually Do
Approximately 50% of your internship may be at Soccer Shots coaching sessions throughout the Richmond area.
The remaining time may include:
- Creating social media content
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Running community events and Free Fun Days
- Recruiting future coaches
- Supporting season operations
- Helping execute special events
- Working alongside the leadership team on real business projects

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Passion for working with children
- Interest in sports marketing, business, education, or leadership
- Soccer experience is helpful but not required
