Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Lake Como's marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, tracing online activities, researching and analyzing competitors, and creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies. 

Responsibilities 

• Research the habits and behaviors of our target market 
• Create and implement advertising and marketing materials and campaigns
• Public relations and special promotions
• Community outreach
• Identify creative new ways to promote all the Lake Como has to offer
• Measure what is working and help guide future efforts 

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE in marketing or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
• Must be social media savvy with all social media platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools
