Job Title – Marketing & Content Coordinator
Number of Positions - 1
Job Location - Washington, District of Columbia, 20057

Contract - 3 Months only
Pay rate - $35/hr on W2 No benefits
Job Description -
Hybrid-2 days in office/3 days remote
Ideal candidate -strong visual eye, content marketing experience, creative flair, lead-generation mindset, excellent execution skills, and experience in Canva. Portfolio showcasing marketing, design, content, or creative work is strongly preferred. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or creative production.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience creating polished marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital assets with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience producing content across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Proficiency with Canva required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) strongly preferred.
  • Experience building branded email templates and working within marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience managing content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready work.
  • A portfolio showcasing marketing, design, content, or creative work is strongly preferred.
