Job Title: Marketing Coordinator 2
Location: Beaverton, Or (Onsite, 4/1 Hybrid Schedule)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

About The Role
This role sits on the Sports Marketing team and provides project support for approximately 6 months. The contingent worker will help build a new database that holds information on all company-sponsored athletes filling in data, conducting athlete research, and maintaining accurate records.

What Will You Work On
" The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
" Provides training to ensure premium execution of marketing programs.
" Help to direct and elevate consumer-facing assets to ensure consistent delivery of category programs.
" Create tools and best practices and drive global awareness and adoption.
" Maximize the Merch Center to support category game plans and merch excellence.
" Engage with vendors to meet marketing needs with regards to timelines and budget.

Must-Have
" 2 4 years of directly relevant work experience in a marketing or research role.
" Ability to deal with highly confidential information and use discretion.
" Data entry accuracy.
" Basic knowledge of sports/athletes.
" Microsoft Suite expertise.

Nice-To-Have
" Prior athlete-facing experience.
" AI familiarity.
" Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starter, able to work with little oversight.

Education / Experience Substitutions
" Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 4 years directly relevant work experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associate degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
