The role supports execution of club-level communications and administrative projects while ensuring consistency across digital and printed materials.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with social media scheduling and communication coordinationSupport email communications and website updatesCreate flyers, signage, and promotional materialsAssist with event and tournament communicationsMaintain digital information and online business listingsProvide administrative support for club marketing initiativesCoordinate schedules, updates, and internal communication projectsQualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with office software, social media, or design platforms preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsHospitality, golf, or event-related experience preferred but not requiredEducation and ExperienceSome college or better.1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, marketing support, communications, hospitality, or related fields preferred. Experience with social media coordination, email communication, customer service, or event support is a plus.
