Marketing Coordinator

About the Position

Rinofi is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing projects and help keep campaigns, materials, and internal initiatives organized and on schedule. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, timelines, and deliverables for marketing projects.
• Assist with preparing and organizing marketing materials and presentations.
• Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and marketing activities.
• Organize files, documents, and marketing resources.
• Track project status and provide updates to the appropriate team members.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research as requested.
• Support general marketing operations and other assigned projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn new software and marketing tools.
