Marketing Coordinator Email & Web Seattle Boat Company is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support email marketing and website management across our family of marine and lifestyle brands.This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both creative and technical execution and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses heavily on email campaign production, website updates, digital content management, and marketing coordination.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, time-sensitive, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong interest in outdoor and active lifestyle marketing.Key Responsibilities Build, schedule, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar ESP platformsManage and maintain the email marketing calendarCoordinate campaign assets, audience lists, CTAs, and workflowsDraft, proofread, and format email content aligned with brand standardsAssist with audience segmentation and database organizationExecute A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion performanceMonitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsPrepare regular performance reports and recommendationsMaintain and update website content across multiple brand websitesCreate and update landing pages, banners, forms, and promotional contentUpload and optimize images and digital assetsConduct regular website QA for formatting issues, broken links, and content accuracySupport basic SEO implementation including metadata, alt text, and on-page optimizationEnsure mobile responsiveness and overall user experience qualityFormat, publish & distribute press releases and blog content using established templates and SEO/AEO guidelinesAssist with event marketing and promotional coordinationSupport light social media scheduling and content updatesCollaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and digital initiativesCommunicate proactively with leadership to ensure tasks stay on track and priorities remain clearCoordinate with on-site and remote teams while staying aligned with the broader marketing departmentQualifications & Skills Required13 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, website management or related rolesExperience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong independent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to work independently within established systems and directionAbility to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred / Nice to HaveBasic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plusPassion for being outdoors and on the waterExperience boatingWorking StyleThis role prioritizes reliable execution and follow-through.
