Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – FoodserviceLocation: San Francisco, CA (HQ)Status: Full-time, Direct Hire, Non-exemptSalary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (depending on experience)Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance, HSA/FSA, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing, and a commuting stipend.Job SummaryThis role is responsible for assisting the Marketing group in developing and utilizing statistical analyses and marketing strategies.General AccountabilitiesAssist food shows and industry events.Assist with overall coordination of Foodservice marketing programs across North America, depending on assignment.Update Foodservice content (products, recipes, and blogs) on company's website.Coordinate production of all Canada retail and Foodservice promotional materials.Conduct foodservice industry research utilizing business intelligence platforms.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to the team.Create, review, and manage social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, and prepare monthly performance reports on Foodservice promotions.Assist with digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on SEO and website user experience (UX) enhancements.Assist in the execution of Foodservice trade shows by collaborating with chefs and event organizers to produce recipe cards, poster boards, giveaways, and booth materials.Work with external agencies and vendors to execute PR and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed.Job QualificationsEducationBA or BS degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience2+ years of professional experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment and/or foodservice industry.Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels.SkillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales, marketing, and market trend data.Strong Canva, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.Ability to identify patterns and trends from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.Strong creative writing and communication skills.Experience collaborating with PR and marketing agencies is a plus.Team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Flexible and willing to support a variety of marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.Work ScheduleCore Time Policy: Core hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and all employees must be available during those hours.
