OSI Optoelectronics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This individual will support planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across the organization. They will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to help maintain consistent brand communication, develop marketing materials, coordinate digital content, support trade shows and events, and assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives. Additionally, they will help the organization present a consistent, professional brand across digital, print, event, and customer-facing communications while gradually taking ownership of assigned marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development, revision, proofreading, and production of brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, product literature, newsletters, internal communications, and other approved sales and marketing materials. Ensure content is accurate, current, consistently formatted, and aligned with brand standards.
- Draft, coordinate, and schedule content for the company website, LinkedIn, and other approved digital channels. Maintain current product information, images, and marketing materials; coordinate required inputs with internal stakeholders; and organize engagement and campaign information for reporting.
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, customer events, and related marketing activities, including event checklists, booth materials, graphics, promotional items, presentations, product literature, shipping, deadlines, event communications, and pre-event and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain organized electronic files for approved artwork, templates, photographs, presentations, and collateral. Support implementation of updated branding and help ensure consistent messaging and presentation of the organization’s combined capabilities across digital, print, event, and customer-facing materials.
- Support Sales with current customer presentations, capability materials, product literature, and other approved resources. Coordinate marketing material requests and assist with market, customer, industry, and competitor research for targeted industries, applications, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate assigned marketing projects with internal departments and external vendors. Maintain project trackers, content calendars, event schedules, contact lists, purchase requests, invoices, promotional item records, marketing expense documentation, and related files.
- Collect and organize marketing activity data for internal reporting; participate in department meetings; and track assigned tasks, deadlines, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Communications, or a related field required.
- Experience within a B2B, manufacturing, electronics, technology, engineering, or industrial environment is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and professional relationship-building skills are essential.
- Must have strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is desired, particularly LinkedIn.
- Basic graphic design or content creation experience is desired.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, website content management systems, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Must have willingness to learn new marketing technologies, systems, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and technologies required.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to coordinate projects effectively are essential.
- Creativity and visual awareness, with a customer- and sales-support mindset, desired.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the business language (English).

Pay may range from $24.00 to $25.00 hourly
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
