We're seeking a talented, curious, motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growth objectives, which include generating sales pipeline, developing a world-class brand, building a community of strong customer advocates, enabling our global sales team and achieving marketing operational excellence.

As ketteQ continues to redefine supply chain planning through adaptive planning, advanced AI and real-time decision-making, this role will provide hands-on support across demand generation, field marketing and events, digital and social media, customer advocacy and marketing operations. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our marketing team, sales and external agency partners to help bring programs to market and keep the team operating efficiently.

This position requires a unique blend of organization, attention to detail, curiosity, project management and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and a strong "get it done" mentality.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and sales teams in executing campaigns, programs and initiatives that drive measurable results.
• Assist in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, executive dinners, webinars and other field marketing programs, including logistics, registrations, attendee coordination, shipments, signage and collateral.
• Support pre- and post-event activities, including invitations, attendee communications, lead processing and follow-up coordination.
• Support campaign setup, email programs, landing pages, forms and other activities within HubSpot.
• Maintain prospect and customer data and help ensure accuracy across Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Manage and maintain ketteQ's presence on third-party platforms, including Gartner Peer Insights, G2 and other relevant industry listings and review sites.
• Support customer review and advocacy programs and help coordinate customer assets, approvals and activities.
• Support digital and social media execution, including scheduling, asset coordination and amplification of campaigns, customer stories and company news.
• Coordinate projects and assets with internal and external resources, including brand design, PR, website development, agencies, vendors and service providers.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, asset libraries and other team resources.
• Assist with campaign, event and marketing performance reporting.
• Support daily activities that keep the marketing team running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing, communications, business or related professional experience; relevant internships or co-op experience welcome
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfort learning new marketing platforms and technology
• Self-starter with a "get it done" personality
• Strong results orientation and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Prior B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience
• Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Event planning or coordination experience
• Experience with social media or digital marketing
• Familiarity with Gartner Peer Insights, G2 or other software review and listing platforms
