Xico Lighting is growing rapidly, bringing distinctive architectural lighting to market through advanced optical, LED, and controls technologies. Part of 3LED Group, we combine design, engineering, and manufacturing expertise to create lighting that stands out—and we’re looking for a creative marketer to help get the word out.
You’ll turn technical product content into compelling website pages, campaigns, social posts, and briefings for our national sales agent network. Your work will help architects, lighting designers, and specifiers understand what makes Xico different.
Create. Publish. Make an impact:
- Write and build engaging product pages, application stories, and website updates.
- Create eye-catching graphics, email campaigns, social content, and presentations.
- Deliver product launch materials and concise, useful briefings that help our agents sell.
- Work with engineering and sales to turn product features into clear benefits and memorable stories.
- Keep content moving, meet deadlines, and use feedback and results to improve.
What you bring:
- Strong writing, visual design, and digital marketing skills, backed by a portfolio of work you personally created.
- Confidence with creative tools, website content systems, email marketing, and social publishing.
- Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to turn a brief into finished work.
- Lighting industry knowledge is strongly preferred. A lighting designer with marketing experience could be an excellent fit, as could someone from a lighting manufacturer or sales agency.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll personally create and deliver the work, with support from leadership, technical experts, and shared creative resources. There’s strong opportunity to grow your skills and responsibilities as Xico expands.
