Marketing Director

Our wonderful senior living community is seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Director. All applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of senior services, healthcare, and/or senior housing.

Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and team supporting skills. This is a one of a kind opportunity for career professionals.

For this position, all applicants must have prior experience in sales. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

-Occupancy development with strong in-person sales skills

-Weekly reporting

-Providing tours of the Community; paying specific attention to listening to the prospective residents wants and needs

-Outreach to potential clients and referral sources

-Assistance with marketing material creation

-Follow up calls and emails

-Routinely maintaining online marketing software database

With coordination of the General Manager, this position will coordinate, organize, and maintain the complete list of communication channels. This includes but is not limited to: direct mail, endorsements, referrals, advertising, events, and public relations programs. The media packages should efficiently maximize lead generation.

Must be computer literate.
