Position Summary

Lead the development and execution of the firm's marketing vision, driving brand awareness, advisor/client acquisition, and overall market presence. This individual will serve as the strategic marketing leader, partnering closely with the executive team to elevate the brand, generate growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional experiences across all marketing channels and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing strategy in alignment with executive leadership objectives
• Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market differentiation across all channels
• Lead digital marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth
• Manage website strategy, SEO, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics
• Create compelling marketing campaigns that support advisor recruitment, client acquisition, and retention
• Oversee all external communications, messaging, copywriting, and content development
• Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Manage creative direction, branding standards, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Design and produce brochures, presentations, email communications, marketing collateral, and internal communications materials
• Lead video strategy and production, including promotional videos, event content, interviews, and social media assets
• Plan and execute conferences, client events, advisor events, and corporate meetings including:
• Venue sourcing and contract negotiation
• Registration management
• Event logistics and planning
• Audio/visual coordination
• Vendor management
• On-site event execution
• Measure marketing effectiveness through KPIs, reporting, analytics, and ROI tracking
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, videographers, printers, and marketing vendors
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Desired Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
• Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
• Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and analytics
• Preferred experience within the independent RIA, wealth management, financial services, TAMP, or insurance industries
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced copywriting and content development abilities
• Strong graphic design and creative development skills
• Experience with video production, editing, and multimedia content creation
• Proficiency with marketing and creative technology platforms including:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Canva
• WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
• HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms
• Google Analytics and SEO tools
• Social media management platforms
• Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
