This is a role for someone who takes initiative, thinks independently, and knows how to get things done — not someone who waits to be told what to do. Key Responsibilities

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple online stores and websites
• Optimize product listings, content, and site structure to drive organic traffic
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine marketing initiatives

Amazon & E-Commerce

• Support and manage marketing efforts across Amazon brands
• Identify growth opportunities across the company's e-commerce ecosystem

Leadership & Operations

• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal oversight
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing output
• Collaborate cross-functionally and bring creative solutions to the table

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO and digital marketing, ideally in an e-commerce setting
• Familiarity with Amazon marketplace and multi-channel online retail
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently
• Experience using AI tools in a marketing or operational capacity
• Strong leadership instincts and the ability to manage initiatives end-to-end
