We are supporting our client on a search for a Marketing Manager in Chicago on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). This is a full-stack marketing seat - you will own campaigns across email, paid, content, and events, coordinate the marketing calendar, and report pipeline contribution weekly.
Ideal for a 4-7 year marketer who has run campaigns end-to-end, is comfortable with attribution and reporting, and wants a real ownership seat in a growing Chicago team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, paid, content, and eventsManage the marketing calendar and coordinate across brand, growth, and productTrack pipeline contribution and report on channel ROI weeklyPartner with sales on messaging, MQL/SQL definitions, and lead follow-upManage 1-2 agency or freelance relationshipsRun performance experiments and share what worked/failed with the team
Requirements
- 4-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experienceTrack record owning campaigns end-to-end with real pipeline metricsFluency in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot + Google Analytics / GA4Comfortable presenting to leadership with clear data narrativesStrong copy sense - you can spot a weak headline in secondsBonus: SaaS, fintech, or professional services background
