Job Description
CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing operations for our Music-centric client located in Queens, NY.

- Manage Marketing Department staff, workflow, and priorities.
- Oversee campaigns across music, retail, ecommerce, events, and company brands.
- Coordinate digital, social media, advertising, publicity, content, and creative initiatives.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, performance, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and artist partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Experience managing staff, campaigns, budgets, and vendors.
- Strong digital, social media, advertising, and analytics knowledge.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Music industry knowledge preferred.
Salary range: $80K-$100K
