Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of Marketing strategies for our Seametrics brand. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience of brand marketing and execution, with strong project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders ensuring seamless execution across international markets.
This role reports to the Global Product & Marketing Director and will be part of the Global Marketing department, working with colleagues in different locations in supporting multiple business units. The Marketing Manager will directly interact and have defined responsibilities with our sister companies in the water technologies space. The role also works closely with our Global Sales Teams, Product Managers and Engineers, and will lead key supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing Strategy
- Develop marketing roadmaps that align to the company’s strategic vision and tactical plans of the Product Management and Global Sales teams. Translate into a tactical 12-month plan
Advertisement and Communications
- Create and place adverts that support the brands and the company’s growth strategy
- Manage publication relationships and seek opportunities for thought leadership pieces
- Manage and produce the monthly external newsletter.
Social Media
- Lead the company’s LinkedIn and YouTube accounts
- Run analytics on engagement and adapt as necessary
- Review the social media plan
Exhibitions & Trade Shows
- Plan and coordinate the brands’ exhibition and trade show calendar
- Execute in the Americas region
- Manage stand bookings, logistics, promotional materials, and pre/post-event communications
- Evaluate and report on event performance.
Webinars & Digital Events
- Schedule, promote, and host live webinars for external audiences
- Coordinate presenters, content, technical setup, and audience follow-up
- Monitor attendee data and feedback to continuously improve event impact.
General
- Manage promotional branded items
- Capture employee headshots
- Maintain records and timelines for all activities and purchases
- Help manage the brand’s annual budget
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy in all event-related activity, where relevant
- Assist the team with proofing external comms and collateral.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Experience working in a technical or B2B environment
- Proven ability to coordinate and deliver complex projects across teams and time zones – produce project plans, run multi streams of parallel work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, GoTo Webinar, DotDigital, CRM and ERP platforms
- Data analytics capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

Pay Transparency:
We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
In addition to base compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefit package which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
