Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to spearhead marketing initiatives for a global leader in tactical protective equipment manufacturing. This pivotal position involves managing the company's marketing strategy, enhancing digital presence, overseeing social media, developing compelling product content, organizing trade shows, and providing vital sales support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Brand Management
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and boost brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Create graphics, brochures, catalogs, product spec sheets, and training materials.
  • Support sales and business development initiatives.
• Website & Social Media
  • Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to expand the company's digital presence.
  • Oversee digital marketing materials and product updates.
• Product Content & Photography
  • Develop and maintain product catalogs and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to communicate product features and updates.
  • Capture and edit product photography.
  • Translate technical product information into clear, professional marketing content.
• Trade Shows & Events
  • Coordinate trade show planning, registration, booth design, graphics, and logistics.
  • Manage event deadlines, payments, and required documentation.
  • Ensure sales representatives have necessary marketing materials.
  • Coordinate pre-event promotions and social media content.
• Project & Executive Support
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership to prioritize marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Work with Sales, Contracting, Customer Service, and Product Development teams.
  • Identify process improvements and manage marketing resources efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in WordPress website management.
• Strong graphic design and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience creating marketing collateral, product documentation, and presentations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product photography and editing experience.
• Experience in trade show and event coordination.
