    Description

    Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our confectionery products in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food or confectionery industry and be capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth and market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for the U.S. market.Manage and collaborate with external digital marketing agencies on SEO, social media, digital advertising, and related initiatives.Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing activities.Partner with overseas stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across markets.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage marketing materials, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience; experience in the food or confectionery industry is strongly preferred.Experience working with external vendors and agencies, particularly in digital marketing.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience launching and managing food products and CPG in the U.S. market.Knowledge of trade shows, retail marketing, and distribution marketing within the food industry.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and decision-making.Additional InformationLocation: Southern California office or remote within the United States.Candidates must reside in the United States and be available to participate in meetings with overseas stakeholders during designated business hours approximately 1-2 times per week.Language: English proficiency is required.
