Marketing Manager B2B Demand Generation
Location: Valencia, CA | Hybrid Opportunity

Were looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help build and execute demand-generation programs that drive qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and strengthen engagement across multiple product lines and markets.

What Youll Be Doing
- Build and execute integrated B2B campaigns across email, social, paid retargeting, industry websites, and events
- Create HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and lead-generation programs from the ground up
- Partner closely with Sales on lead quality, follow-up, handoffs, and pipeline development
- Manage landing pages, trade show campaigns, lead capture, and post-event nurturing
- Track MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, revenue attribution, and overall campaign performance
- Research customers, markets, and competitors to recommend campaign strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital Commerce
- Maintain campaign dashboards, analyze results, and continuously improve performance
- Support trade shows and events, including pre-show promotion, onsite engagement, logistics, and follow-up
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and lead nurturing
- Strong CRM and marketing automation platform experience
- HubSpot experience or certification strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Experience building demand-generation programs from scratch
- Experience partnering closely with Sales in a complex B2B sales environment
- Trade show and event marketing experience
- Familiarity with attribution, pipeline reporting, and marketing performance metrics
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to attend approximately 23 trade shows per year
