    The Role
    Lindy is hiring a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to own our marketing tech stack, data infrastructure, and performance reporting. You’ll ensure our campaigns run smoothly, our tools are integrated, and our team has the insights needed to scale. Perfect for someone who loves systems, automation, and turning chaos into clarity.

    Who You Are
    • 5+ years operating in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
    • Build and optimize marketing tech stacks (CRM, automation, analytics tools)
    • Create performance dashboards for marketing and growth teams
    • Set up attribution models across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
    • Manage marketing data pipelines (tracking, ETL, reverse ETL)
    • Experience with a stack that includes:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Ad Platforms (Google, Meta, Linkedin)
    • CRM (Loops, Hubspot)
    • SEO (ahrefs) 
    • Fivetran
    • Sendgrid
    • Snowflake
    • Posthog

    Bonus Skills
    • Experience with no-code or workflow automation solutions
    • Background in AI/ML products
    • Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
