Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced technical skills to deliver scalable engagement initiatives. You will translate business needs into functional campaign logic, meticulously define and validate target audiences, and ensure the highest quality through rigorous testing. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and autonomous technologist who can navigate ambiguity and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy various marketing campaign types.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Define, build, and validate complex target audiences.
- Develop logic-based and event-triggered customer journeys.
- Identify and implement innovative, scalable campaign solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and audience segmentation.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in a fast-paced technology or internet company, particularly within engagement or policy-focused teams, is highly desirable.
