• Programmatically manage recurring business reviews, meeting cadences, and cross-functional forums across multiple Lines of Business and global time zones. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize critical path discussions, and coordinate attendee quorum.
• Build, maintain, and monitor detailed work back schedules for key marketing and business moments, flagging risks, slips, and cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers.
• Develop and manage marketing calendars, competitive overviews, creative scoping, asset libraries, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate with a broad range of teams across different time zones.
• Help drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate project timelines, calendars, approvals, task management, and key milestones to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Highly organized, efficient, resourceful, and proactive.
Minimum Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, project coordination, or related marketing functions.
• Strong project coordination capability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities while also meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of an organization.

• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills with a team-first and solution-oriented mentality.
• High proficiency in collaborative productivity tools (e.g., Quip, Airtable, and Keynote).
