Responsibilities:
- Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience.
- Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Explains the Ballys Rewards program in detail.
- Effectively markets the Ballys Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members.
- Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines.
- Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.
- Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events.
- Maintains general knowledge of the properties.
- Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards.
- Complies with all companys policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations
- Performs other job related duties as requested.
Competencies:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
- A minimum of six months of related experience and training.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily.
- Must be able to work weekends weeknights and holidays
