Position Overview

A well-established restoration and construction company in the Phoenix metropolitan area is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our business.

This position is focused on developing referral relationships, generating new opportunities, strengthening existing accounts, and building relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, commercial businesses, and other referral partners.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the community, meeting people, asking for business, and consistently following up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, facility managers, commercial clients, and other referral partners.
• Prospect for new accounts through phone calls, email, networking, and in-person visits.
• Regularly visit existing and prospective referral partners.
• Generate qualified leads for water, fire, mold, contents, and reconstruction services.
• Develop commercial accounts and emergency-service relationships.
• Attend networking events, association meetings, trade shows, and community events.
• Coordinate lunches, presentations, educational events, and other relationship-building activities.
• Consistently follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts.
• Track contacts, opportunities, referrals, and sales activity.
• Assist with local marketing, social media, community outreach, and company events.
• Work closely with operations to provide a strong experience for customers and referral partners.
• Meet established sales activity, lead-generation, and revenue goals.

This is a results-driven sales position, not simply a marketing or networking role.

Success means developing relationships that produce opportunities and revenue. We are looking for someone who will actively prospect, consistently follow up, ask for the business, and grow their territory.

Performance will be measured by sales activity, new referral relationships, qualified leads, account growth, opportunities generated, and revenue.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission/incentives.

Full-time position based in Mesa, Arizona.
