al CxO events, bridging back-end data management with executive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Registration & Data: Act as internal tool SME; build back-end form logic, manage daily RSVP reporting/uploads, and provide capacity forecasting.
Executive Service & Comms: Deliver white-glove support to C-level attendees. Manage invitation/briefing communications and triage email aliases with agencies.
Audience Development: Partner with Sales/Partners to maintain the Priority CxO list. Use advanced Google Sheets to track engagement and build dashboards.
Web & Asset Coordination: Maintain event websites, integrate creative assets, and partner with tech teams to optimize the digital user flow.
Requirements
Technical: Expertise in registration platforms, advanced Google Sheets (data formulation), and basic HTML.
Presence & Comms: Calm, professional C-level executive presence with strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
Logistics: ~15% domestic travel and flexibility to support global time zones (APAC/EMEA).

Working Schedule: Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote
