As a member of the local marketing team, you will help grow HungryPanda’s presence in your market. You will plan and deliver local campaigns, develop partnerships and customer acquisition channels, and build ongoing engagement with users. This role suits someone who combines sound marketing judgment with a strong willingness to take ownership and see work through—from the initial idea to execution and review.

Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns, brand events, and new merchant launch activities. Manage each initiative from planning and resource coordination through on-site execution and post-campaign review.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and part-time promotional staff to keep activities organized, on schedule, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Assess campaign results and feedback, identify opportunities to improve, and apply those learnings to future activities.
Plan and execute local initiatives that support user acquisition, first-order conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with local brands, merchants, student organizations, and community groups. Build relationships that support sustained collaboration and mutual value.
Develop and test customer acquisition channels across social media, offline promotions, cross-brand partnerships, and other relevant local channels.
Monitor channel and campaign performance, and use data, customer feedback, competitor activity, and local market knowledge to refine growth initiatives.
Manage local social media channels and user communities. Develop relevant content and activities that encourage participation and strengthen ongoing engagement.
Coordinate push notifications, group messages, and other routine customer communications in support of local campaigns and business priorities.

Work closely with marketing, operations, design, and other relevant teams to coordinate campaign requirements and deliver initiatives effectively.
Experience in marketing, user growth, event marketing, brand marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience planning and delivering online or offline campaigns, with the ability to carry work through from planning to execution and review.
A working understanding of user acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat-purchase metrics, with the ability to use results to inform next steps.
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.
Good judgment and curiosity about local customers and market trends. Able to contribute ideas, welcome input, and adjust plans in response to business needs and practical considerations.
Organized, dependable, and collaborative, with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and support in-person marketing activities.
Fluent Mandarin is required for day-to-day communication.
Preferred: Experience in integrated marketing or cross-industry partnerships.
