The Marketing Support Specialist is a role within the marketing team and the Local Performance Marketing Team. The Marketing Support Specialist will report to the Marketing Support Manager. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of marketing tactics and tools, be driven, have an aptitude for learning and demonstrate superior customer service skills.

This position provides effective evaluation of franchise owner needs and, in all cases, uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue to the franchisees' satisfaction. Resolution includes but is not limited to the following: Identify, research, and resolves problems, timely response to telephone calls and email requests for support. The position also requires accurate documentation and monitoring of the franchise owner inquiry to ensure a timely resolution.

As an Marketing Support Specialist on the Marketing Squad team, a typical day for you will include:

• Build a strong working knowledge of internal and external marketing platforms and systems.
• Support franchise owners with product training, knowledge, and expertise.
• Respond to support requests via phone or email, and sometimes with video call.
• Keep accurate records of all support requests, internal research and applied resolutions using the appropriate ticketing system.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years of marketing, administrative, or sales support experience
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT.
• Hybrid work model
