This role offers the opportunity to work within a luxury brand while helping shape the future of wellness at Gene Juarez.We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality, personalized massage services in a professional salon and spa environment. This is currently a part-time position, ideal for therapists who value quality, consistency, and guest experience.This posting is specifically for our University Villagelocation, is part time, and requires both weekend daysWhat You’ll Do
Provide personalized massage services focused on relaxation and wellness
Create a calm, welcoming, and professional guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready treatment space
Follow all intake, safety, and service protocols
Recommend enhancements when appropriate to elevate the guest experience
Support rebooking and long-term guest relationships
Work collaboratively with salon and spa teams

Compensation Information
Earn per service performed, $45-58 per 60-minute service, based on experience and skill
Eligible for gratuities and additional commission-based retail sales and add-ons.
Estimated annual earning potential: $38,000-64,000 including tips and assuming 75%+ occupancy
Initial training time is paid hourly at $21.30/hr
Benefits: Part time employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) program and receive PTO hours (1 hr for every 30 hours worked).
What We’re Looking For
Active Washington State massage therapist license in good standing
Professional, guest-first approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable availability, including weekends
Passion for wellness and service excellence
Ability to stand, bend, and manual dexterity and stamina appropriate to perform massage therapy services for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed
