Schedule/Expected work hours · 6–8-hour shifts
· Full-time position
· Required 1 weekend shift
· Days and evening shifts available
Responsibilities · Customize massage services for each guest
· Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
· Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
· Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
· Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
· Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
· Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
· Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
· Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
· Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management
Qualifications· Current state license to perform massage therapy
· Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer
· Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
· Pass background checks
· Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services
· Capable of training and mentoring individuals
· Excellent at guest communication
· Proven leadership skills
