Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled A-Level Technician to join our team. This role is designed for a master-level professional who excels in complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and serving as a mentor to fellow technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and diesel systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electronic issues accurately
- Deliver efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining strict safety standards
- Partner with Service Advisors to provide precise estimates and clear repair explanations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques
- Support training and mentorship of junior and mid-level technicians
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (ASE Master Certification preferred)
- Expertise in diagnostics with in-depth knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electrical, and diesel systems
- Proven ability to perform complex repairs independently and accurately
- Experience using modern diagnostic software and repair equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction

Compensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
