Your core responsibilities
- Lead practical training sessions in Low Voltage, Telecommunications, Networking, and AV systems.
- Deliver the Lincoln Tech accredited coursework and maintain instructional quality.
- Motivate students to grow in professionalism and personal accountability.
- Evaluate performance and communicate progress regularly.
- Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance at all times.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years as a Master Electrician.
- Understanding of high voltage systems.
- Lineman background.
- Experience with residential or commercial system integration.
- Residential electrical systems knowledge.
- Commercial electrical expertise.
- Foundational networking and wireless technology skills.
- Fiber optic splicing and termination proficiency.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with instructional technology.
- Teaching experience is a plus.

Friday-Sunday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
