Summary
The Master Heavy Equipment Mechanic (HEM) Technician is responsible for the inspection, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of a wide range of company-owned equipment. This role ensures all equipment is safe, reliable, and road-ready by adhering to both company protocols and industry standards. This position involves inspecting, diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems, hydraulic steering systems, multi-axle alignments, chassis electrical, and air brake systems. The position also requires advanced welding and fabrication work as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
· The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $38.00 - $50.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
