What You''ll Do

Develop integrated master schedule for a complex Configure to Order program using demand forecasts, sales data, material supply and capacity.

Act as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and engineering to align resources and materials with schedules.

Track progress, analyze performance metrics (like on-time delivery), identify risks, and troubleshoot issues.

Prepare status reports, create department dashboards, and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.

Use data to drive process improvements and ensure efficient use of capacity.

Assess and implement techniques needed to plan, schedule, control, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations

Monitor and report any changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies

Communicate production schedule to staff members promptly.

What You''ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in business management or operations management

4- 6 years previous experience required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel

Understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning and supply chain dynamics

Ability to work with changing priorities and complex information

Able to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent punctuality, good attendance, and reliability required

Adherence to health and safety regulations
