Job Summary
A leading capital program management and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support large-scale capital construction and infrastructure programs in Seattle, WA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior scheduling professional with deep Primavera P6 expertise and a strong background in complex, integrated construction schedules.
The Master Scheduler will play a critical role in helping project teams plan, monitor, and control schedules for high-visibility public-sector infrastructure work. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative, professional environment with supportive leadership, experienced project teams, and meaningful work that directly impacts major capital program delivery. Candidates who enjoy solving complex sequencing challenges, partnering with stakeholders, and providing schedule insight that drives project success will find this role especially rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed logic-driven schedules for complex capital construction and infrastructure projects.
- Create and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, including labor, equipment, milestones, and project dependencies.
- Establish schedule baselines, monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and identify schedule risks or variances.
- Review contractor-submitted schedules, coordinate revisions, and evaluate schedule changes, impacts, and recovery strategies.
- Track key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and phased project activities.
- Prepare clear schedule reports and communicate sequencing, constraints, risks, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 to $150,000 per year.
