Consistently perform current client retention actions and new client targeting actions to maintain and grow customer relationships, including but not limited to:Call and meet with prospective and current companies to assess temporary and direct hire staffing needs, suggest relevant services and candidates with access to tools and resources. Consistently perform recruiting and relationship nurturing actions to maintain and grow a qualified candidate pool, including but not limited to:Utilize the internet, networking, and company systems to search for applicants, applying a strategic approach to target qualified talent when necessary.
