    Your Role: As an Automotive Service Technician, you will:

    • Efficiently perform repair work as specified on orders, adhering to dealership standards.
    • Test-drive vehicles, and diagnose issues using advanced tools and equipment.
    • Maintain and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
    • Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional services and provide time estimates for additional repairs.
    • Conduct warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (preferred).
    • High school diploma or equivalent, with ASE Certification mandatory.
    • Proficient in A and B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
    • Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination, and dexterity.
    • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment.
    • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
    • Positive and friendly attitude, with a keenness to learn and improve.
    • Team player with effective collaboration skills.
    • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and repair/service procedures.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
