Position: Childcare Master Teacher
As a Master Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities 

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Degree or Certification
• Level 4 or higher on Professional Development Ladder (PDL)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills 
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children 
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred

Salary Range: $15 - $20/hr (based on education, years of experience, and PDL level)
