Material Coordinator II

Key Responsibilities

·         Coordinate the flow of materials across multiple factory departments.

·         Ensure production teams have required parts and materials on time.

·         Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies.

·         Perform root cause analysis for inventory and production material issues.

·         Resolve production inventory problems related to the cycle count process.

·         Coordinate procurement, expediting, production, and delivery of materials.

·         Manage rejected material movement back to the appropriate source.

·         Create and distribute daily production schedules using the Master Schedule.

·         Process inbound/outbound material transactions as required.

·         Audit material replenishment cycles and inventory accuracy.

·         Expedite critical parts to prevent production interruptions.

·         Work with multiple functional teams to collect data and resolve issues.

·         Implement engineering releases and change management requirements.
