Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/perform Cycle counts on raw materials/Components, labels…etc. using ABC Analysis
- Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data, and value of materials or products, in order to maintain shipping, receiving, and production records and files.
- Receive and store labels, stage labels, return labels
- Audit process orders
- Clear COGI's
- Work with auditors as needed during formal audits
- Confirmation of Process orders as needed
- Provide back up to front desk as needed
- Compare product labels, tags, or tickets, shipping manifests, purchase orders, and bills of lading to verify accuracy of shipment contents, quality specifications, and/or weights.
- Review cycle count variances for root cause and implement corrective actions
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders Ensures accurate material transfer transactions to plant
- Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person.
- Learn all manual tasks performed within the department.
- Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Conduct all business with integrity.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1 or more year experience of industry-related work preferred but not required
- Ability to accurately read and enter computer data
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to consistently lift 70 pounds
- Ability to perform month end duties requiring some evening work
Additional Consideration Given to Those With:
- Paint/Coatings/chemical industry knowledge or experience
- Experience with a continuous process discipline such as Six Sigma/Lean/TQM manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with safety programs

Targeted Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 gain share eligible
