What you will be doing -

As the Material Handler you will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:

• Performing warehouse receiving, put away, picking or delivery operations for required explosive/non-explosive material to support production and sustainment operations.
• Performing required cycle counts of explosive/non-explosive material and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Must have a valid State issued Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain certification through Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
• Must be able to stand and walk during the majority of work shift.
• Must be able to operate warehouse machinery, to include Order Picker, Fork Lift, Reach Truck
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Must maintain clean work environment and required cleanup at end of shift.
• Assists with other duties as required by Warehouse Leadership Team.

Basic Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver''s License.
• Must be able to obtain certification through Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
• Must be trained for Explosive handling.
• Must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter, must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers and management.
• Knowledge and ability to perform multiple skill requirements with little to no supervision.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience reading pick tickets and distinguishing location, quantity required and part number.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to perform per required documentation.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Ability to clean area at the end of each workday.
• Ability to follow all appropriate safety policies and procedures.

Pay Information

Pay rate for this position is $20.38 - $33.94 per hour.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
