Material Feed Control - All Shifts

With a diverse group of 2200 employees across more than 25 facilities in the area, we continue to grow and with that comes opportunity. We are looking for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift Material Feed Control to join our Molding Facilities. The Material Feed Control person supports the production effortby assuring the proper feed of all materials to the appropriate molding machines. If you are someone who seeks to innovate, improve, detail oriented, technical and think critically about the work environment that surrounds you, consider joining our team as a Material Feed Control!Responsibilities Include: Identifies all resins. (Virgins and Regrinds)Labels all resins according to weight, date, and material type.Assures that all material lines are hooked up and feeding properly.Properly loads all material.Assists in taking dew point readings as instructed by the Process Technician (where applicable).Assists in grinding as instructed by the supervisor.Assists in demetallizing and sifting of regrind as instructed by the supervisor (where applicable).Cleans grinders and sets up on the presses that are running.Assures that material dryers are at the proper temperature and the hoses are properly secured.Performs various housekeeping duties as required.Maintains all the equipment associated with the material feed system.Sets up presses after mold changes.Helps utility on floor if time allows (where applicable).Keeps material pack organized and labeled (where applicable). Records lot numbers on log sheet and enters into Mattec (where applicable).Breaks down empty gaylords (where applicable).Performs other tasks assigned by designated supervisor.Job Specifications: Detail and technical oriented Ability to obtain a Hilo license Good organizational skills Thorough understanding of the material feed system General understanding of the injection molding process In Return, We Offer:Weekly PayQuarterly Performance PaymentsA complete benefits package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) after 90 daysPaid Time Off after 90 daysWellness Programs and IncentivesTuition Reimbursement and more!Your Career Starts Here!
