Job Description

Join our Material Management team! As a Material Handler/Material Flow Specialist, you'll prepare, pack, and move materials for manufacturing processes and shipments, ensuring efficiency and quality in a safe working environment.

Shift Hours:

1st shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30PM - Monday - Friday

Pay:  $18 - $23 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and deliver parts to designated departments.
  • Inspect incoming parts for defects, verify counts, and stage materials.
  • Pack, band, and shrink-wrap parts according to instructions.
  • Update schedules and shipment details in company systems.
  • Perform quality checks and provide feedback on packaging for prototypes.
  • Track inventory using electronic and manual processes
  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent training.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift materials and follow safety protocols.
  • Forklift experience required
  • SAP/ERP or other inventory tracking software experience required
