Material Handler 1

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Material Handler I for a medical device manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory looking to further their career in warehouse and logistics.

•      Ship finished goods and compile orders for customers and worldwide sites; work with Customer Care and Accounting to release order holds.

•      Receive parts in the ERP system, store them in the warehouse, and stock production bins and assembly lines.

•      Package raw and sub-assembly products into shippable finished goods; fulfill printed material orders.

•      Perform cycle counts with root cause analysis and transact inventory between ERP locations.

Essential Qualifications

•      1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment (any industry).

•      ERP transaction experience; MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); able to lift 50 lbs.

•      High school diploma or equivalent; reliable attendance; must pass background check and drug screen.

Bonus Qualifications

•      Medical device industry experience.

•      Inventory control experience.
