We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations through material movement, inventory management, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities
Safely unload inbound shipments and accurately receive materials into inventory.
Transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations while following established safety procedures.
Perform material replenishment activities to support production and customer orders.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Record inventory transactions and material movements within SAP or warehouse management systems.
Utilize handheld scanners and RF devices to track materials and inventory.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns.
Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and equipment operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to read work instructions, inventory labels, and shipping documents.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
Preferred:
Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
Forklift, pallet jack, or other PIT equipment experience.
Crane operation experience or willingness to be trained.
Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
Experience using handheld scanners or RF devices.
