About the Role:

We are seeking a Material Handler in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for receiving, packing, sorting, and shipping materials in a warehouse environment. This position involves operating RF scanners and basic computer systems, standing for long periods, and working within a physically demanding setting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. The successful candidate will handle manual tasks up to 40 lbs, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure safety procedures are followed. This role is essential in supporting efficient warehouse operations and ensuring timely processing of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments using RF scanners
• Pack products efficiently for shipment
• Sort and organize materials within the warehouse
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation
• Operate RF scanners and basic computer equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems accordingly
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling materials
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Ensure proper documentation of all receiving and shipping activities
• Work in a team environment to meet daily distribution goals
• Stand and perform physically demanding tasks for long periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with RF scanners
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a sorter or packer in a warehouse setting
